      Pros

      Great working environment, very people focused, fast growing company and great people to work with. The company ethos is to treat people right whilst delivering the best products and services through the skills and motivation of its people. This means an equal focus on employees and clients. Customer service is second to none, and every employee is valued. Employee turnover is low, but those that do leave stay in touch.

      Lots of changes as the company grows.

      The only team member separated (in 21 years of company existence), from The Search Group was due to his soliciting corporate clients for his own benefit. We have an extremely good comp package, and he decided to backdoor the system and work behind our back, trying to take 100 % of the commission for himself. I can understand why he might write a negative report when we caught him red handed. Separation is not pleasant.
