      Great team and office, but lacking ongoing support

      Pros

      Great team, a beautiful office space and discounted canteen. Initial HR onboarding day. Lovely people and place to work. Payrises if you fought for one.

      Cons

      No onboarding after initial day. No 1-1 or formal meeting with management. No progression paths.

      My manager has little knowledge and causes alot of issues for the rest of us. No open forum to go against whats happening

      Pros

      A place of shortcuts, upper management only care about the numbers only but themselves first, hr manager is a great party planner. Production personel are excellent to work with and treat each other with respect. They sell product left over no one wants to buy at employee auctions.

      Cons

      Atmosphere, the person that calls himself the principal loves to hear himself speak and never shuts up. You walk into the front office and most people act like there stuff don't stink and are very clicky. Starting wage is below for what your going to do.
