The Senior Company has welcomed me with open arms as their most recent hire in the office. My bosses have been nothing but helpful and supportive, helping me set goals, regularly meeting with me to make sure I am transitioning well into the role, and overall outlining and paving the way for my success. Though I haven't been here long, I can tell this is an honest group of people who are dedicated to not only helping others, but making sure the employees feel appreciated and confident in their respective roles. Oh! And flexible benefits, summer fridays, and a close to home office, can't forget those!
