Pros

- Cool location downtown - They won't ever fire you know matter how bad you are at your job

Cons

- Horrible benefits - Horrible management - They literally lie to you and say you are getting a raise or bonus and then they never give it to you or come up with a lame excuse as to why they are no longer going to give it to you - They also lie about promotions and say there is room to grow with the company, which isn't true - Worked there and I couldn't tell you what the company does as a whole. They buy up smaller companies to add to their portfolio. Maybe they do digital marketing? Maybe they are a call center? Not sure. - They sell products that they don't know how to implement and then throw the project on a team of recent college grads, who have no idea how to handle

Pros

A few seemingly high profile tourism accounts. A perceived focus on technology and current marketing trends.

Cons

Terrible leadership, zero work/life balance, stale creative, huge egos disproportionate to talent level, highly outdated workflow, lack of proper documentation, massive confusion and finger-pointing and throwing coworkers under the bus, highly ambiguous billing practices, absolutely shameful treatment of vendors, lots of lying internally and to clients, extremely cliquey, authoritarian management style, markup over everything!!

Pros

Great building in a great location.

Cons

Easily the most dysfunctional company I have worked for. Despite it being a relatively small firm with close working quarters, the leadership has very little respect for associates. The company does not invest in professional development, nor does it adequately reward high performers.
