      Pros

      Well-capitalized, well-connected, most people are friendly to work with.

      Cons

      Specific leadership has demonstrated harrassment and continues to be promoted and given additional power. Specific leadership demostrate a work out of fear philosophy and led to my leaving the company. Poor bonus structure and company participation.

      Pros

      The non-management and non-executives are wonderful people to work with Salary was fair They compensate for travel and expenses while traveling. The company really enjoys doing company activities

      Cons

      You are expected to work 24 hrs/7 days a week if your manager does the same. I was paid salary (illegally) when I should have been hourly, they had me working crazy amounts of over time which I wasn't paid for. If you are upper management you can come and go as you please or work remotely, everyone else is tied to their desks. I was given no training for my job, I was supposed to, but the lady who was in charge of it didn't want to be bothered.

      Employees get called out in public. Management not receptive to input. Not a great culture. Employees afraid to speak up.
