Thanks for taking the time to share your experience at TSI. We’re so happy you’ve found it a great experience so far and one where learning and growing are a positive constant. It’s especially great to hear how TSI encourages confidence, something we’re really proud of. Regarding workload and compensation, we do recognize that we ask a lot of our staff and that end of year can be a tough time with so much to deliver for our clients. Thank you for your energy and enthusiasm. We hope the generous compensation TSI offers, as well benefits including full global travel insurance, healthcare, extra paid time off over Christmas, not needing to come into the office on mandatory government work days, education stipend, and various international trips throughout the year, help to reconcile how you feel about pay rates during these busy times. We do hear you though. Since we have just finished annual bonus announcements and reviews, this presents a great opportunity to make sure you and your manager have a discussion if you feel your salary is not commensurate with what is required.
