      Great jewellery allowance, staff in the boutique were the only thing keeping me in the job

      Cons

      Owners could care less about career progression and the mental health of their staff. Very stuck in their ways, first people to call out the negatives and never celebrate the positives unless it’s for content!

      Overworked and underpaid

      Pros

      Generous jewellery allowance and great people.

      Cons

      No working from home days. Everyone in the team is overworked and actually does the job of 2-3 positions each and isn’t compensated enough. The owners are unorganized and bad leaders. They love to call you their “family” but then treat you with little respect. If you want to work somewhere to get by this is fine but there is no career progression either.
