Pros

Strictly 9-5. Work load is manageable.

Cons

Senior leadership is ineffective and does not take responsibility for poor decisions. They consistently take their lower/mid level employees for granted and look to fault them when things go bad. Senior directors have no follow-through and walk around like they’re untouchable. Poor financial decisions by the ED will sink the ship.
