Pros

Plenty of opportunity to share your own point of view and help build the business around it. A friendly, open culture with a relatively flat structure. Happy to blend unusual sets of skills to deliver to a unique vision.

Cons

You'll need to get your hands dirty doing some of the nitty-gritty which might not be to everyone's tastes.

Speaking on behalf of the full management team of TSP we are all very saddened by this feedback. We have been in the marketing industry for a long time and have always actively promoted cultures of inclusivity and diversity. Since starting the business in 2005 we’ve had the pleasure of working alongside many different types of people from a great variety of backgrounds. We’ve been humbled by the affection they’ve shown us and the positive impact they’ve told us we have had on their career paths. Clearly in this instance we have failed. All I can say to the author is that I will readily make myself available if they would like to discuss these issues. We take these charges very seriously indeed and would like to address them. We have a process for independent arbitration if the individual would prefer to take this route. Like any other business we set bonus targets, discuss and agree them with staff, and very much hope we find ourselves in a position where we are paying them out. It means we’ve all exceeded expectations. If the author is aggrieved because he or she feels they are due a payment which we have failed to make, again I’d like to hear from them. If this is indeed the case I guarantee they will be paid.
