Pros

Not many, was able to get some good experience in my time there, and I did enjoy the company of my coworkers

Cons

Expect you to work long hours, with no additional pay. I'm talking 8am-10pm many times even later. Making your 42,000 salary equal about 10$/hr. There is always more work to be done, and in the business of recruiting there will always be positions and shifts you're filling. They ideally want you to stay until you fill every single shift (that day!), which in my time there, I never saw happen once. So you will be there very late into the night unless you can make up an appointment or some reason you can't stay. Most admin staff don't stay longer than a month, I was there a short time and saw multiple people quit after the first day, even more within a week. They are also somewhat misleading about salary expectations on their posts for field staff, when you put in a resume it's usually reviewed for any number of roles, not just the high salary one you applied for.

Pros

Everybody outside of the owner and his wife a pleasant. Even the "bonuses" are negatives when you do the math on hours worked

Cons

Owner is a bully Just be prepared, you are a number, even as office staff. The owner has a business model of replacement. He knows you will leave and wants to drain as much out of you for as cheap as possible before you inevitably leave. Be prepared for extremely long days and weekend work with zero overtime pay. Also don't think you'll get ahead of it by telling them you can't work overtime before taking the job. It will work at first. After a while if you don't start completing overtime he will find a reason to fire you. It does not matter the reason, young children, family in the hospital, does not matter.
