      People been there forever. There are clicks in Fenton that are "top management" so they call themselves. Promoted by length of service not education or training.

      They reward all employees, not just the ones who do well

      Cons

      Management is unprofessional and low employee morale. They do not get rid of employees who don't do work.

      Pros

      Pleasant branch management and ability to move up before job postings go public. Great for students and works around your schedule!

      Cons

      Upper level management seems out of touch with current lower management desires. Spend less on marketing and focus on my competitive rates to compete with CU’s.

      We love our students! Marketing is tricky - we really do balance our dollars to promote our brand but not spend just to spend! If you have questions about it - please go and talk to our Marketing Director - they would love to discuss our plan with employees and the goals and intent!
