Pros

A few nice and genuine co-workers. Work from home (New policy on this is not beneficial for new workers.)

Cons

The office environment is dead and makes you feel lifeless! You sit in a little office space for 8 hours straight staring into a computer screen, usually with 8hrs straight of no communication. They constantly give promises of pay increases and promotions, but those promises are hopeless. Promises and commitment's are usually never followed through with ever! COO is rarely in office and is completely clueless to what is going on with the clients, but loves to point the finger at employees when client's complain. The CEO is also clueless and also is never seen or heard from unless there is a company event involving some type of activity or to reply to random email threads. The entire organization is completely unorganized and there is no structure to the work you do. The work load given to each person is way too heavy and demanding. The expectations are far too great for the pay rates given. Most client's never receive services paid for and most of the times are not receiving monthly or quarterly services that they're paying for until someone from their company complains about lack of service. Very reactive and never proactive type of work. You constantly fixing people's past mess ups and taking the blame of being apart of the unstructured environment.

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate all reviews as they can only make us better. We are sorry that you felt that your work environment was “club like” and cramped. The intention by our company is never to make that impression to any employee. We do have a small office but that is because we are growing and at the time were in the process of deciding how much remote staffing we would engage in and if we needed additional space based on that decision. Luckily, we have had many changes to our office makeup and there is room for all of the internal office staff. Our remote staff has grown and some internal positions have changed making it not cramped anymore. We will constantly review the need for the investment in additional office space as our company grows. As with any new employee entry into a company, meeting the other employees and developing relationships takes time and is a two way street. We have put in place monthly team building events to assist in a little time for employees to get to know each other. We now have weekly office meetings so that everyone can be assured they are on the same page with projects. In addition, most of the employees take twice daily walks to reduce stress and talk about non company activities. All of these activities have reduced any feeling of a “club like” atmosphere. All Tech companies go through growing pains because technology is always changing. We are getting the right people in place to address any outdated practices and are constantly researching our methods and products in order to stay on the leading edge of technology for our business and our clients. Thank you again for your feedback and review.

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your long term employment with our company and are disappointed that you were unable to share your experiences until now. Unfortunately, many of your comments are not true and are slanderous to the company and the employees who work here. No company is perfect, and no company is beyond reproach. However, we value our employees. We strive to update our policies, procedures and benefits to promote a professional and successful work environment. Our company has grown, as you mentioned, and over the years challenges have occurred. With this quick growth comes challenges, but at the same time new solutions and new processes are developed. Your references to managerial lack of judgment, positive reinforcement for poor performance, rapid advancement for employees who “complain” are all based on your version of events and without knowledge of understanding all conversations that may have occurred giving you this perception. In regard to communications, we utilize online meetings and chat as well as emails. Since the pandemic, our company has moved to a fully remote business. There are benefits from working remotely but the nature of remote work requires constant communication. At times, multiple chat communications can be overwhelming. In order to streamline conversations, separate chats and meetings occur so as not to burden all employees. As a small company, we have been working on creating operational manuals, training documents, etc. for all so that resources will be available for new hires and existing employees. This will further enhance our training and development processes as we continue to grow. We also have a wonderful, fully engaged staff that have a culture of helping each other. Thank you again for your feedback. Where appropriate we will address your comments in an effort to continually improve as a company for the benefit of the employer and its employees.
