Not many Pro's. No company perks, No memberships, discounts etc.. extremely limited working from home days, if any. You at stuck in the Aurora office doing the exact same work that you could be doing at home. I know a few people who are currently working for TSG looking for more Hybrid based jobs.
Cons
No perks at all working for this company. Corporate Office doesn't offer any perks and requires all employees to be in the office. 70-80% of other companies are now pushing toward a more hybrid/work from home approach. Many people have already left... Other Companies within this copany umbrella (Xpressbet, Amtote, Gulfstreampark) offer full working from home.

The company makes every effort to continue getting better each year and not just speaking about it. You can see the evolution through the major events they operate. If you want to work for a company who is a leader in the horse racing world this is it.
Cons
The company is spread out across the United States at different racing locations, although the company makes every effort to physically bring people together through their events
