Pros

This job requires special type of people who really care about helping people with disabilities so as a whole the staff were a plus

Cons

Very difficult population to work with. I along with dozens of others encountered way too many injuries and the supervisors did not take any steps to stop the numerous injuries that happened daily.

Pros

People are fun to work with Loved working with the kids Easy to advance

Cons

Applied Behavioral Analysis is a terrible program to force on individuals with autism. Summit uses it to "cure" autism, stopping stims, and behaviors that make up the students' personalities. They aren't trying to help the students. They are trying to cure them.
