Pros

Great work environment, cool co-workers (not upper management) and fun clients.

Cons

I would not recommend this place to ANYONE. They work you like a dog until you burn out, if you ask for help they think you are complaining saying you're a "millennial" or you are being dramatic. Working 11 hours days is normal to them. Pay is not good and rarely give raises. If you do choose to work here, make sure your contract reflects your expectations of work hours and raises.

- Rockstars get the best treatment - Free unlimited coffee from Rawbean and unlimited canned soda - Mostly nice people work here - The CEO is a really nice guy; Bill is very caring and very open to helping people who work there

Cons

- Employees who need more help getting up to speed or need more training don't get it. They get left in the dust and then they get fired. - The agency often hires people with "interesting" backgrounds who have no business being in the position they're hired into. They may have zero experience to be a manager but are hired into that position anyway. - Salaried positions but expected to work many more hours. - 14 total days of paid time off; that includes both sick and vacation time; they're super duper unflexible about time off
