A failing business model, poor management, and toxic work environment

Unfortunately I do not have any positive feedback regarding the state of the business, my managers or the office environment
Cons
I was hired to help TASA locate subject matter experts for law firms. By locating experts, they really mean using the same experts over and over and over and charging their law firm clients high margins on top of the experts' hourly rates and not providing any real value. The office environment, technology and overall business mindset is stuck in the past. They are failing to hold on to the market they once owned by other startups who offer a better product and service without the margin pricing model (which is outdated and no one at the company seems to realize this). Their CEO also just left the company to work for another expert service.
