No flexibility, doctors appointment? You can make up that time over lunch. Management undermined the staff, a lot of nepotism. Director would hide in her office when being chased up for basic things. Didn't know how to treat staff like humans, asked staff to not talk during the day and created a hostile work environment. Unprofessional too, very dodgy in handling staff and letting people go. No room for progression
