      Pros

      - A lot of the people working at the Technology House are really good people. Most have the same common goal of doing their best job. Truly good employees. - New Technologies - Consistent schedule for production

      Cons

      - The CEO's family is involved in every aspect of the company. HR, COO and CFO are all daughters to the owner. Two other managers are best friends with the CEO. It is hard to report any issues/problems with management since it becomes 6 to 1. - Communication is poor through the entire chain of command. - Mandatory overtime and no access to time cards to review punches. - Very poor work/life balance outside of production. - Using an ERP software with no one on staff proficient enough to manage/update/fix.

      So much potential to be great but never will be

      Pros

      The workers do seem to get along for the most part. Every day there is a company dog that comes in to help the environment. The company is keeping up with newest manufacturing process.

      Cons

      Upper management for the most part is all family of the owner. No real human resources due to owners daughter. Workers get slammed for faults of poor management quite often

      Pros

      Management does not know what anyone does there. Pay was decent.

      Cons

      All Managers are very bad at communicating. The micromanage everything but do not understand how business processes work.
