Pros

Co-workers are fantastic people and the VP seems to care about turning the shop around.

Cons

Management includes people too weak to make decisions/don't have the experience needed to manage effectively. Every meeting is negative and about how we're under goal.

Pros

There is a benefit to being in an emerging market, and Gannett is not hesitant about putting money in it to develop new initiatives.

Cons

Considering the nature of the business, it is a constantly evolving environment. If you're not a fan of change, restructuring and being under public scrutiny for the actions of the corporation, this is probably not the place for you.
