Pros

Could be a great company if they smartened up and put the Chairman back in charge.

Cons

The only place I have ever worked where the CEO mandates that employees write a positive review. Most employees are afraid of losing their job, including me, but I have to speak out. Enough is enough!!!!!!!!!!!

Awful! The Worst Culture!

Pros

You’ll learn all about micromanagement, employee bullying and watch many leave and most not by their choice.

Cons

Where do I begin? There are so many cons but I’ll start with this being the most toxic and unprofessional business environment that many have ever worked at. After this review is published and see by the CEO, employees will be requested to write favorable reviews to counteract the negative review. The CEO has a long history of making poor business decisions and the company has a terrible reputation with regard to their treatment of employees. Don’t let the new “fun days” fool you. The company is a revolving door. If you want to find a place with an excellent work environment and culture, stay away from this company.

The Training Associates Response

Thank you for your response although your review is completely inaccurate and distorted. It is sad and unfortunate that after two years of you being terminated due to your inability to work and be nice to others that you still continue to write these negative reviews using different email addresses. I am sorry you cannot let this go or take responsibility for your actions. It is very concerning that you continue to harass the organization and the employees. We couldn't be more proud of the company culture we have and the tremendous positivity, teamwork and collaboration that exists. TTA is a Top Places to Work (Boston Globe), where this is based on 100 % anonymous employee surveys. Our CEO and management team take employee satisfaction and engagement very serious, and work hard to foster an inclusive and positive work culture. Our average employee tenure is over 7 years, which helps to show that this is the sort of place where employees stay and thrive. TTA encourages all team members to have open and honest communication. This has been a number one priority for TTA’s CEO and part of TTA’s culture for over 25 years. We are thankful to have our awesome five ‘fun days’ benefit, which contributes so much to our work/life balance. We wish you the best of luck in your career.

Pros

Flex schedule and was able to travel.

Cons

Family owned company where children are out of touch with their own business. Lack of professional senior management. Nepotism has allowed for supermarket clerks and sweater folders to assume key roles to a CEO/President that is absent most days and when she's in she can't make a decision.
