Not long hours. Not a lot of travel That's it!!

Cons

Poorly run,all management team DO NOT know fitness industry- shocking really!! They care about 1 thing ONLY--Sales!! Quality does NOT matter to this small minded company and growth or progression is not an option here. Hence the HUGE turnover in staff.

I honestly don't have a good word to say about the poor ran company.Students pay alot of money to go on the courses so much is cramed in in 12 weeks.

Cons

Management are awful to work for and have no clue with how to do the rotas.. I would work 12 days and only have one day off all week if not noticed by yourself! EXAMS are not propley invigilated...
