I recently had the unfortunate experience of working for The Translation Gate, and I must say it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. This company is, without a doubt, the most unorganized and unethical organization I've ever encountered in my professional career.
First and foremost, they have a habit of arbitrarily cutting off and reducing commissions without any valid explanation or justification. It's as if they believe they can change the rules of the game whenever it suits them, leaving hard-working employees like myself in the lurch.
Furthermore, their lack of transparency extends to their profit-sharing scheme. Despite promises of profit shares as part of the compensation package, they suddenly decided to withhold this without warning or explanation. It's a clear breach of trust and a blatant disregard for the well-being of their employees.
Cons
Overall, my time at The Translation Gate was a complete failure. I would strongly advise anyone considering employment with this company to think twice and proceed with extreme caution. You deserve better than to be treated with such disrespect and dishonesty.
Avoid The Translation Gate at all costs. You'll thank me later.
