Pros

Greatest-group of mid-level people you may ever meet. This applies only to people below partner level. Focus on self-development. Mission-driven. Good IP (all created years ago by people no longer with firm). Nice office.

Cons

Mis-guided CEO - I am surprised to see so many positive reviews here when he made the lives of many people who worked there previously absolute hell. It's clear they have run a campaign to control their reputation. Partners of the firm are afraid to speak up and ask for change. Emotionally and verbally abusive workplace. All employees with a 2+ year tenure begin to doubt their worth and stay for a long time because the place just beats them down. Too development driven in that employees are expected to share incredibly personal stories like traumas from childhood to feel included. Those that don't are ostracized over time and accused of being "not vulnerable enough" "cold" "not part of the team" CEO is incredibly tight with his money and come year end when bonuses are due always has an excuse why he will not pay full bonuses. Worst of all, the CEO is a serial farter and often holds employees hostage in his office while opening packages of deliveries, trying on clothing, forcing them to comment, and all the while farting all over them without saying excuse me or apologizing even once.

Great Company and Great People

Pros

It is a very unique environment here at Trium - it is fast-paced, dynamic and quite demanding while also being a very supportive and collaborative environment in which to work. I love that they invest in each employee's personal and professional development and encourage each person to bring their whole self to work - which I love. It's a spectacular office aesthetically, the location is great and the benefits are solid. The people are truly brilliant and inspiring and I think that is the best part.

Cons

Its not necessarily a con - but you have to be prepared to help out on a variety of fronts depending on the day. As a consultant you may have to help with recruiting at times, and scheduling at times. It can be daunting, but its really just part of working in a collaborative environment where teamwork goes far.

Pros

Unique, thoughtful, fun team. We have our quirks across the board, but there's a general sense of commitment to one another and to the success of our company and clients that is very present. While concepts like mindfulness, self-awareness, and company culture are all the rage in business these days - at least in SF - I don't think anyone else is doing work quite like Trium. The combination of business acumen, facilitation/coaching expertise, and personal development experience across the team contributes both to powerful outcomes for our clients and powerful professional and personal growth in our team.

Cons

As a small firm, it can definitely feel like there is always something more to be done and not enough hours in a day. While we value relationship and definitely take time to build it with one another, taking this time often means late nights and early mornings. It can also sometimes feel like there's not enough time for experimentation - we have a strong track record in terms of what works, and so we really have to push ourselves to keep up the innovation.
