      Good pay but frustrating job auction system

      Pros

      Good pay and met some really close friends while tutoring! Management is also very nice, from my experience.

      Cons

      To get a job, you use an online 'auction-style' system. You're often not told if you haven't gotten a gig, so it's difficult to plan and your schedule is often uncertain for long periods of time.
