Probably one of the worst places I ever worked for. Lot's of promises, from secure parking to good work life balance and bonuses, non of those turned out to be true. As a city manager I was expected to work 5 days a week on average 12 hour days + be available for remote support on Saturdays. I took care of all my managerial duties as well as had to fill in for any tech call outs, making for extra long and stressful days. Upper management was a hot mess and things changed on the daily and with little to no notice or support. Bonuses were based solely on how much product/memberships were sold as well as how many appointments were crammed into a day. No other metric mattered. They promise a lot during hiring, but the reality was an absolute dumpster fire.
