there were many talented people in the various departments if you knew where to look. HR was amazing and helpful.

Cons

ineffective middle management and with such a small company there was no where to grow to.

Good products, dedicated people on the lower levels. Lots of wonderful ideas

Cons

Difficulty in making changes and adopting to a changing market. Management is not well skilled and very into micro management. Not willing to make structural changes or listen to ideas.
