      Absolutely at the forefront of Senior Well Being . Decor layout, colors food ALL aspects of the property are purposeful and deliberate based on research and data from U of M. Beautiful locations! An OUTSTANDING Director of Sales and Matketing! Truly innovative and open thinking.

      Cons

      Very very long days. Meetings at Corp can be a struggle for staff at properties outside of metro

      One of largest female owned companies in the State of MN. Everyone works together as family and it's a growing organization with a heart

      Cons

      There are some growing pains, as with all companies, as the growth trajectory accelerates. But the collaborative effort makes it a fabulous company to work for.

      Pros

      The Residents make it worthwhile. Hearing their history is amazing! The building is bright and comfortable. The menu sounds delicious.

      Cons

      Inconsistent management from day one. Management gossips about employees. Management also says they are open to suggestions, comments, etc., but then blows it off. Activities are lacking.
