Pros

Not many...if you're lucky enough to be on the crack "management team" you'll be paid well. If not...well keep looking my friend.

Cons

Cons? Cons? I don't have enough words. COO is incorrigible, treats everyone like crap, has no skills at all and is plain old mean.

Pros

The company allows you (as an employee) to purchase office products at discounted (wholesale) prices. That is just about the ONLY good thing about working for TWLG.

Cons

Poor management Team who treats the employees as "Expendables" training is poor, hours are expected to be more than the usual 40Hr. work week (in by 8:30, out by 5:30, with a clock-in/out for 30-min.lunch break.) Nobody gets more than 2-weeks vacation time, and some employees have been working there for 5 or 10+ years without a raise!....Would recommend employment elsewhere - LOUSY work environment, poor transit connections due to remote locale.
