      The Wilson Center is a cultural and entertainment hub in the Cape Fear Region. It is respected and valued by locals and tourists alike. Working at the Wilson Center is an opportunity to contribute to the economic and cultural growth of coastal North Carolina.

      Pros

      Really smart people and interesting job. Strong line to Congress-- an opportunity to make a difference while working on what drives you. Very hierarchical, but with many good mentors and a decent career ladder.

      Cons

      Development, Financial Management, and other departments do not seem to know or care about how things work on the program side.
