The Workloop has an employee rating of 3.7 out of 5 stars, based on 27 company reviews on Glassdoor which indicates that most employees have a good working experience there.
At first was pretty cool, chill everything was more better than a normal customer service job, there was some availability and calls were long, so that means you couldn't get pretty much stressed.
Cons
I think the flexibility it's an issue also the way that supervisors do "Coach" it's pretty awful, mainly because its a remote job and it's like the supervisors don't manage their way to approach us, they seem fine at first and then you start to see how they are, also the calls are very repetitive there are not to much of different scenario of a medical call.
