Toxic culture and poor leadership undermine potential

Pros

Ceos are good. Otherwise all senior peoples are dont have much experience.

Cons

Avoid this company if you value your career. After nearly a decade, they are still plagued by startup-level chaos and toxic office politics. Leadership focuses more on ego-driven 'hire and fire' cycles than actual output. With no formal payroll systems or attendance logs in place, the operational negligence makes it a very difficult place to work.

Pros

Great place and exposure for interns and juniors. Studio-like vibe. Great location.

Cons

Worst place for growth beyond three months. The exposure that seemed intimate at start will shrink in no time. Your idea of industry will be caged and shackled to limitation of founder’s and the so-called managers and leaders in the space. The town halls here are extremely disrespectful, unkind, harsh and biased. The founder has a greater vision which I respect but the process and the tone is unacceptable. You’ll keep hearing Hindi vulgar language screeching through the glass wall. Took me a long way to realise what they are building is a boot camp. ( where you need to wash things, clean things, be precise with time… ) and thats exactly not how a company is made. It comes with a harsh reality of “employees are always going to think of them first”. It’s how you use their talent to grow your agency. These guys are looking for a candidate who can worship this place and vision which blurry in its self and into knee dip politics internally.
