Lots of room to grow, a great bunch of people, on the job learning and so many opportunities! Only been here for 3 weeks and loving it!

NADA!! I can’t think of anyway! Maybe more Diet Coke in the complimentary drinks fridge! 😂

Pros

The ethos, team spirit and opportuntiy of this growing company is excellent. It is a forward thinking company with is open to change and growth in both size and thinking. They engage everyone in decisions and try to ensure that there is a real camaraderie thought out the company without much hierarchy. You can see they are trying to make this a great place to work so that staff will enjoy their days here and want to stay with the company for a long time.

Sometime things can seem chaotic due to the speed of change and there is pressure to perform (as there is in any job worth your time), but this is massively off set by all the pro
