      Remote work perks overshadowed by leadership issues

      Remote work, early Friday out, mostly unlimited vacation, great teammates & technology choices

      Cons

      changing leadership and vision, lack of shared leadership decisions, micromanagement. Leadership is the problem- no ability to make decisions past leadership or disagree.

      - excellent teammates - benefits were great - nice office - feels like a small company that you get to collaborate with everyone

      Cons

      - upper management can be suspicious - company moves so fast in so many different directions that it feels overwhelming. - Their performance review system criteria is broken - Some managers may allow personal emotions to influence decisions in ways that can hurt an employee’s career growth.
