Pros
The Editor-in-Chief, Angela Corry is incredibly sharp and supportive of her team. She knows a little about everything, and is advocate for her writers. The content is solid, with entertainment and lifestyle components. The site has great stories and it is an interesting, creative and supportive place to work.
Cons
The money isn't great, but it does pay its writers, and not all sites do.

Long hours, no pay, you're on your own most of the time in terms of guidance...little editing from higher staff, lots of frustrating emails, complicated timesheets, and you're forced to overload your social media with your writing...
