TheMIGroup hasn’t turned a profit in years and was purchased for a song by the garish yellow RMC beast, Weichert, who now is dismantling and dissecting TheMIGroup like a donated cadaver. Historical bad expensive decisions by BOD led to the demise of this once respected and revered RMC. Yet, the company owners and BOD get to ride off into the sunset financially secure while the rest of us fight to save our lives like passengers on the Titanic. Doomed. Current Leadership cares solely about their own survival and it will interesting to see who stands at the end of this dog fight. Fortunately the intelligent and talented employees are migrating out of here faster than a stampede of wilder beasts just before the dry season. As for the remaining employees, they are too complacent to make a change and management never deals with their poor performance anyway, so they will part of the carnage soon enough.
