      Pros

      Great group of employees. Great start up enviorment. Always keeping busy.

      Cons

      Just because someone's at the top doesn't mean they're right. Managment has no clue what they are doing. Expect you to know the ends and outs of the entire company, after just one week. If you don't expect to be let go. No managment with reports and tracking, they seem to have 20-30 sheets that all have conflicting information. Upper management runs on a dated mindset of "good old boys club"

      Fixed salary, no variable pay

      Cons

      Poor management Poor HR services No WFH allowance No leave policy No concept of earned leaves No proper SW life cycle is followed They say flexible hours in interview, but it's actually 8 hours mandatory Daily effort usually goes above 10 hours and no one cares No proper appraisal system They make you work on weekends without prior information and no compensation off is given No compensation for working overtime or weekends Technical Managers have no right to defend for their teammates Advice from juniors are not considered at all Freshers please don't even think to join this company

      Pros

      NO pros except flexiblity. Location is good but yeah office is not so great in infrastructure.

      Cons

      Worst environment to work for. People at senior level are habing no knowledge ,just as per their experience and they dont give values to junior employees.. Very bad work culture specially in bengaluru.Interviewer himself is confused about concepts which they ask .
