Pros
Some employees are great but can’t say the same about the managers. Really connect with a lot of by sharing our opinion about the managers.
Cons
The management is very messy and unorganised. This result in an in healthy work place culture. The managers are unsupportive of employees opinion and initiatives and people culture clearly isn’t a priority for the company. Most people are very senior and obsolete with their mindset and not very forward thinking.
