Company culture is absolutely trash. They try to promote an "agile" system but work processes run feel unprofessional with very poor planning. As a design company you would expect that they follow industry standards when it comes to product understanding, but no, they leave it upto non-designers to make decisions. The founders have built a corporate like environment which does not help nurture growth personally or professionally. There is very little human in Human Resources, it's very hard to open up and express what you are feeling. They say we are a very open company but the environment and culture holds us back. This is probably why during my time I saw so many people leave within a few month which prompted me to follow suit.
