no reason to work here, do not join this company because, poor management, no support from area managers, and even hr's they will ask you to work like donkeys and slaves, no schedule and timings, no motivational activities, dont expect weekly offs here because they will ask you anytime to take it without informing sometimes you will go home after coming on the shift, too much staff crunch.dont except internal growth and promotions, people working for more than 4,5 years even did not get it, no salary revision, and if you ask for promotion they will target you and ask to resign, people leaving this company is very common from top management to lower management, unqualified people are hired on top management who does not know about operations and they will order to do impossible tasks, and if you raise points be ready to look for other job. enviorment of the company is bad and hectic, area manager and top management will always blame store manager for thier mistakes and his mistakes both, warning letters are like very common here , with 1 single mistake you will be called to hr and suspemded or warning letter will be given to you.

everything! you will loose your personal life, because they don't give you any weekly offs, no paternity leaves given, no paid leaves given by company, come to the outlet work like slaves and leave thats it! blame game is very common from area managers, vp, coo, cfo. worst trainers ever, they come to your outlets for training and will do some timepass and leave saying they have trained the staff, major of the sales priority is given only to online channels, walk in guests are like fools to them, self development is 0 here,billing software is worst, and if there is a error because of software you are responsible even after highlighting to the teams, outlet teams are helpless because everyone will put thier responsibility on them without support they dont even have leave policy here, theft and integrity is a very common this which happens and its ignored by the management because they are involved in it, thier internal quality and inventory totally depends on the mood if the auditor, if he is happy he will give you good marks otherwise be ready for warning letter. final verdict - don't get trapped in this company there are other companies who respect people and thier work, don't become a robot here. hope this is enough information for everyone to decide and only fools will join even so much information.
