None at all, apart from gaining experience to write on your CV.
Cons
I worked for the firm under the kickstart scheme and was promised full training. Didn't receive any. Employer left us all to do the work ourselves, with no support or supervision. Whenever we asked for help, employer would bite our heads off. Was gaslighted and discriminated against, paid horribly too. I'm convinced he dipped into our money because the firm itself wasn't making money, due to his poor handling.
