Pros

The people are great and make the company what it is. The salary is reflective of Oxford and in line with other companies, with benefits such as bonuses, healthcare etc. Excellent scientific topics with great scope for helping people.

Cons

Poor senior leadership without clear objectives, staggering nepotism and a blame culture. The management don’t value the people they have and it’s a shame. Too much focus on quick benefits, such as pizza/yoga, without focusing on personal development.

Pros

The people are friendly, driven and talented at Theolytics. The work is interesting and cutting edge. There are some benefits such as "Theolings" that you can spend on gym/health/hobbies/mental well-being etc. After covid our socials have started up again.

Cons

The deadlines can be tight and stressful but that can be expected of in a small start-up.

Pros

Science park is attractive. Food outlets nearby.

Cons

Very poor leadership/management. High staff turnover. No HR staff. Very poor bonuses and perks compared to other companies. Care more about social life than professional life.
