      Great Opportunity with Startup Drive

      Pros

      Awesome startup drive, passion and vision all make Theos Medical the perfect place to work. I came from a much larger company to work here as the V.P of Sales and am happy about my decision. They have an excellent team of engineers, management and marketing professionals from top schools and impressive backgrounds. The unique products and forward thinking management strategy makes this one of the best places I have worked for in the last year. Company pays vacation and other benefits most startups avoid.

      Cons

      Long hours and several brainstorming sessions. Need more people to get all tasks complete. Tight schedules and deadlines

      Friendly co-workers, generous perks, competitive salary, motivation to learn. Group building, flexible schedules and appreciative of work. Paid time leave and holidays are great. Instrumental in learning more

      Too much work at times. Can be stressful with so many projects and deadlines.

      Great company with excellent learning opportunity

      Pros

      Innovative products, challenging tasks, competitive salary and smart colleagues. I've been working here for a little over a year as part of the mobile app development team and we are developing some of the most interesting and challenging systems for healthcare applications.

      Cons

      Really long work hours and since the team is a bit small, I think we are understaffed at times. I wish we had more people in the mix so we can get things done faster.
