Pros

Absolutely zero, if you like your employer to lie, cheat, no training, destroy your family life and steal money off you. Then this is company for you.

Cons

Legal modern slavery company supported by departments that are meant to help. Victoria work house company that will destroy you your family life and you no ethical standards and has shady accounting practices, they threat to sack you if you want to go home after your shift they inforce you to work 24,48,72 hours with no care for your well-being. I think modern slavery company is to good for this company.

Pros

Building relationships with clients and staff

Cons

Overworked, poor management, If staff call in sick, staff on shift is expected to stay on (24-36 hour shifts) and when speaking to management, they say it’s your problem and make you ring agencies and try to cover it, whilst on shift!

Pros

Worked with a lovely bunch of people

Cons

There are many. Time off that has either been booked as annual leave or requested for things such as important appointments are often forgotten about and then you are often left in charge of switching your shifts to get the time off you need. No support from management, spent more time putting you down than praising you for the hard work that is needed to be done. Often belittled and basically bullied by some members of management and as they were all friends nothing was ever done about this. There was blatant favouritism and if you weren't the favourite you could go above and beyond as much and as often as possible and still be made to feel like you had done a rubbish job. Pay was often being messed up resulting in underpayments or pay being taken from you with no explanation. Staff morale was often low and staff turnover was incredibly high, often staff shortages were a problem. Honestly I could go on all day about what a terrible time I had working here, it started off as a really lovely job and soon became something I dreaded each and every day. Until management changes drastically (I'm talking get completely replaced) then I can't see anything improving. When people I knew asked me about applying for jobs here I would tell them not to bother as it just wasn't worth the hassle. The wages were barely above minimum wage and for what is expected of you it is nowhere near enough.
