Cons
1) The company does not seem to focus too much attention on recognizing and retaining great, hardworking and talented employees, which I assume may be due to a rapid growth that the company is currently experiencing. 2) Because of the rapid exponential growth, the amount of workload can oftentime be a bit overwhelmed. However, you'll find this almost everywhere.

The staff all are amazing genuinely all nice people and the work culture is so positive. It’s the best company I have worked for in my career. Everyone helps to achieve goals when needed and everyone socialises together after work by choice. The offices are so modern and have stand and sit desks and everything you could need. You honestly feel like your contributions are as important as anyone’s to the company and feel valued. The company celebrates individuals achievements and that includes everyone not just upper managment and the same names over and over again like most places they celebrate everyone.
