      Best environment for work; Very supportive and friendly colleagues and supervisors. Self organization is highly practiced. Offers a very good work life balance.

      Pros

      Therap BD is a nice place to work in. People are amazing here, except few supervisors. If you are lucky to be one of the good teams than it is very less likely that you will wish to move elsewhere. Pay-scale is good. 9-5 work hrs, breakfast and lunch buffet and transportation are available for employees.

      Cons

      It is difficult to get a promotion as the company is horizontally expanding. There is not much scope to go up, unless your team lead leaves the company, which happens very rarely.
