Pros
The employer cares about her employees and provides several incentives and positive feedback for why we're essential to her business. I was coming from another state which was intimidating. Jenn was very patient and helped in every way she could. I absolutely loved the therapists I worked with. Everyone provided therapy tips and tricks. I loved my experience here!!
Cons
I really don't have any major cons. Jenn is fairly reasonable in what she offers.

Great work-life balance. Mentorship for new graduates. Documentation time in your schedule. Friendly environment. Flexible schedule. Equipment provided. Amazing co-workers. I absolutely loved working for Therapy Playground. If I had not moved away from Fayetteville, I would have never left the company. It will be hard to find a job that I love as much as I loved being a Physical Therapist at Therapy Playground.
Cons
I personally had no bad experiences at Therapy Playground.
