      Supportive coworkers but troubling leadership and low pay

      Pros

      I liked my coworkers. I was given clinic director role within a year of working there.

      Cons

      Micromanaged by corner cutting “leadership” who were always trying to maximize profit for themselves. Base salary was ridiculously low. Unless you are a conservative Christian, the environment was uncomfortable. I was told burnout was a “perceived” issue
