      Pros

      I'm amazed at how many people have gone and tried "Greener" pastures only to return and say what a great place Therma is to work! Few companies provide the positive and open atmosphere enjoyed here. In my 40 years of working in this business, and having worked at other companies over that time, one would be hard pressed to find a better place of employment. If you're good at what you do and have the "Prodigal Son" mentality out of your system.....Therma is as good a company as you'll find.

      More parking lot space on grounds.

      Thank you for your review. We value your remarks and are proud to promote an open door policy between our employees and management. We're currently working on creating an increase in parking spaces on our grounds, but in the meantime you can park in one of our two parking lots or along the street.       Pros

      We have a fantastic atmosphere and I would recommend working here to anyone. I have always felt like I was part of a family. They have great benefits and they pay well too!!!

      Cons

      I really can not think of any, I'm very happy here. I wish I didn't have to commute but its worth it.

      Wasn’t that impressed with the culture or environment.

      Cafeteria, some of the employees.

      Cons

      Terrible managers, no clear direction, onboarding process was horrible. Workspace was terrible, people working on top of each other limited space. Big 20’ naked statue in the middle of the office. Looks totally ridiculous and offensive. Most of the managers were white men. Nepotism is a thing.
