Great people hindered by poor leadership and limited growth

great people, diverse skillbases, but they are not allowed to shine nor encouraged to do so.

Cons

was great starting out two years ago but senior leadership decisions and turnover have made it not enjoyable nor transparent, no room to move up. glad i left when i did, i hear it's not getting much better.
