Where do I start? Awful upper management (especially the COO- it stems from the top) who could care less about their teams. There is no sense of management whatsoever or fostering employees to help them grow or learn. Management is extremely selfish, and are truly only there for their own paycheck and that's it. NO growth opportunity. Promises of promotions and raises that never come- the only people who get promoted are the top managers who are already doing a half-ass job. The company is a sinking ship and cannot keep up with the competition. All good ideas get axed before they are ever able to go anywhere because the company is too cheap to take any risks in order to make a real impact or change. Antiquated company culture with zero flexibility. Everyone is a number, they do not care about a single employee at that company.
